Roles & Responsibilities
You own the relationships. We own the fulfillment. Each party does what they do best.
Commission Structure
When you source the client from your own network, you and Natex split the commission evenly. When Natex provides leads to you, you receive the majority share. Payouts happen within 5 business days of the trigger event.

Partners receive a monthly commission statement via the partner portal. If a transaction reverses before closing, the corresponding commission is reversed. Partners are independent contractors responsible for self-employment taxes; a 1099-NEC is issued for all commissions paid in a calendar year.
Licensing
No MLO certification. No additional state exams. No new credentials required.
Partners refer clients under their current real estate license. The Funding Brokers™ holds the NMLS, lending, and processing licenses. You are not originating loans or filing claims — you are making a warm introduction. Our compliance team ensures every product and referral channel is properly structured so you can participate without obtaining additional certifications.

Work through the short product training modules in the partner portal. Each one covers the product, the client profile, and the referral script.
When a client fits a product, submit them through the partner portal. Use the provided script. We handle everything from there.
